The child vampire, ‘OK Boy’ escapes, and is found by two children, who believe him to be an illegal immigrant from mainland China.

While the students go off to retrieve powder from a town populated by bloodsuckers, Lam Ching Ying discovers that an evil ‘Hell Baby’ wants to be reincarnated through the General’s pregnant wife, which would kill her.
